This fitness program focuses on muscle growth (don’t be scared ladies, you NEED this too! See FAQs). Lifting weights works by tearing apart muscle fibers so that they can grow back thicker, causing us to get stronger. You will not find any chest fly machines or leg curl contraptions here. At The Movement Warehouse, we believe that the safest way to improve your strength and mobility is by stabilizing, not isolating, your muscles. We do this by designing programs that use free weights and your own body weight to stress your muscular system, push your limits, and challenge even the most fit athlete.
